Returns & Exchanges


HtO is dedicated to providing superb customer satisfaction.  If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase please feel free to return the item if the following criteria are met:

In original condition

Have original invoice

Original tags attached


In original packaging (i.e. shoe box, sunglass box etc.) 

Returns will be accepted for 7 days after the item is delivered to you.
Exchanges will be accepted for 14 days after the item is delivered to you.
Swimwear/Bikini’s are a FINAL SALE and are not returnable for refund or credit.

If you chose to return an item and ALL of the above criteria are met please call (250) 920-5511 or email us ( ASAP to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to shipping your purchase.

Please clearly mark on the outside of the package your RA number. Include in the package a completed RETURN/EXCHANGE form and a copy of the original invoice. 

Without an HtO issued RA# returns may be refused and sent back the way they were shipped.

*Please ensure you ship your item with the appropriate insurance and tracking number, as HtO is NOT responsible for damages or lost packages on return shipments.

Once we receive the item and it has been deemed returnable, your PayPal account will be refunded.  Please allow 5-10 business days from the arrival of the package at HtO for the funds to show on your account.

SALE items

New exchanged items will be subject to appropriate shipping fees. Returned shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded, unless the return is the fault of HtO. A $10 restocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the return is the fault of HtO. Please be advised that any refunds or exchanges due to shipping damages are at the discretion of the shipping company.
